Clubroot CD

Oh shit...a dubstep album on our blog? Well, this here disc will definitely appeal to some of you out there, as Clubroot has created a masterpiece with this release on LoDubs. Imagine the icy ambience of the best Paysage D'Hiver or Irezumi, with some simple club beats behind it, and you have one of 2009's most surprising discs. But don't take my word for it...this disc is Fenriz-approved!!

Lonesummer "What We Were"

Lonesummer is another example of crazy pop-infected experimental black metal. Their demo CD, What We Were, is now available from Starlight Temple Society. Demo comes packaged in glossy 7" gatefold jacket. Limited to 100 copies ( and only $2 plus shipping! ).

Rhuith

Wow...Rhuith are a bizaare experimental black metal band from Italy that I just happened upon recently, and was blown away by the atmosphere these guys create. They even do a Portishead cover!



They have a couple of CDRs and a cassette available, with more stuff coming. Man, I hope to work with these guys at some point. Great stuff!
