Phantom Glue, Self Titled LP

This has been out for a couple of months, but I'm just finding out about it now. I happened to see these guys open for Krallice and Wolves in the Throne Room back in May 2009 up in Boston, and was really impressed by how heavy they were and how good their live set was.  Heavy-as-hell sludge/stoner metal - nothing revolutionary, but really, really good.  Heavy is the operative term here, and they bring plenty of it.

Teenage Disco Bloodbath has now released their self-titled debut, which was recorded by Converge's Kurt Ballou.  Available on CD and thick vinyl (red or green, each with white splatter). Check them out here and buy the album here.  And if you happen to be in the Northeast, check out a show - they're super nice people.

Cover looks like Jean luc Picard being transformed into an evil, Godzilla sized destructive anti-christ.

I'll check it out.
