Stella Natura: The Light of Ancestral Fires

I'd like to encourage everyone that doesn't know about this amazing event happening in September (Friday the 21st to Sunday the 23rd) to read up a little about it and consider going. It's being put on by our friend Adam from Pesanta Urfolk in the heart of the Sierra Nevadas, in Tahoe National Forest's Desolation Wilderness, and features some of the very best metal and neofolk artists in the world.

Performing bands include Mournful Congregation, Blood Axis, Ash Borer, Sutekh Hexen, L'Acephale, Hail, Lux Interna, Menace Ruine, Novemthree, Burial Hex, Arktau Eos, Hell, Aluk Todolo, Servile Sect, Wolvserpent, Sabbath Assembly, and others. The lineup is literally awesome. Given the setting, the bands playing, and the general atmosphere surrounding an event like this one, this promises to be the experience of a lifetime for all attending.  Seriously, if there is some way for you to make this happen, you should do it. I personally will not be able to attend, and I regret that fact an awful lot, but I just can't do it. Cabin and tent cabin tickets are gone but three day passes are still available. Get in on this while you still can.

Find out more and/or purchase tickets here. You can converse with others, maybe find a ride, and get more info from the gathering's Facebook page.
